CCBA – the Council of Chelsea Block Associations – is comprised of fifteen Block Associations and three Tenant Associations spanning dozens of blocks in New York City’s vibrant Chelsea neighborhood. Our Associations work every day to improve the quality of life for those who visit Chelsea, work in Chelsea, and live in Chelsea.
Our member Block Associations are spread throughout the area running from the north side of West 14th Street to the south side of West 30th Street and from the west side of Sixth Avenue to the east side of Twelfth Avenue.
