CCBA Member: 400 Block, West 22nd Street

CCBA – the Council of Chelsea Block Associations – is comprised of fifteen Block Associations four Tenant Associations and one Public Member block covering forty-four blocks in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood. Our Block Associations work every day to improve the quality of life for those who live in Chelsea, for those who work in Chelsea and for those who visit Chelsea.

CCBA Member: Fulton Houses Tenants Association

Our member Block Associations are spread throughout the area running from the north side of West 14th Street to the south side of West 30th Street and from the west side of Sixth Avenue to the east side of Twelfth Avenue.

CCBA Public Member Trial Program

CCBA will be sponsoring a trial program for Public Membership. Individuals who live on blocks in Chelsea within the CCBA boundaries, but without a functioning block association, may apply for a one year membership as a Public Member of CCBA.
